• VOLUNTEERING

    Per the Cherry Creek Academy Volunteer Policy, all parents/legal guardians of children at CCA shall volunteer as outlined below:  

    • Two parent family – 40 hours, per school year (both parents in the same household) 
    • Joint parenting family – 20 hours each parent, a total of 40 hours, per school year (parents in separate households, but both responsible for child’s care) 
    •Single parent family – 20 hours, per school year (one parent solely responsible for child’s care)

    Cherry Creek Academy asks that you select the specific task you performed as a volunteer. To do this, please log into your account as you normally would. If you need to create an account, please click here.  Click on the "Post your hours" button. You will then enter the date you performed your volunteer hours. Next, you will select the specific task you performed from the drop-down menu. Finally, you will enter the time you spent volunteering. Please note, that additional hours given for traffic assignments (1:2) & snow shoveling (1:3) are now calculated automatically. Please only enter the hours you actually spent volunteering.  When you're ready to submit your hours click the "Continue" button.
