7th Grade
7th grade this year was thrilling. I truly enjoyed getting to know each and every one of you. You have proven yourselves to be kind, thoughtful, hardworking, smart, and funny (among many other things). Looking back on this year I will remember the excitement you showed when it came to group projects and your energy in the classroom. I hope you have a wonderful summer!
8th Grade
8th grade, congratulations! You made it! Over the course of the past two years, you have demonstrated positivity and resiliency that will take you far. Certainly, the challenges you experienced throughout this year were unprecedented; however, you faced those challenges head on. Often apply new skills and learning new lessons along the way. As you move forward in your educational journey, I hope you keep in contact with one another. The 48 of you share a unique bond. Have a wonderful summer!

Our young artists are superstars! Their artwork looked amazing last week at the Spring Art & Music Festival. It was an incredible event and it was so nice to have our school community back together in person for this event. As we finish our last two days of art this week, look for artwork coming home. We will be taking down and returning art to students this week as well as sending home our last projects that we are working on. It was an amazing spring semester and I am so glad I got to teach our 7th Graders this year. I hope everyone has the summer break they are dreaming of and we can get back together in the fall and hit the ground running for another amazing year. I hope some of our soon to be 8th graders, will join me to paint in our Canvas and Cookies sessions this summer. If I don’t see you this summer, then, until we meet again, take care!
Here is the QR code for Canvas and Cookies sessions this summer. You can scan the code below to go to the information and sign up. I would love some extra time with our incoming 8th graders!
